Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define and translate business reporting needs into technical designs. You will develop, configure, and deploy reports using Story Reporting, acting as a subject-matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics. This role involves configuring role-based permissions for secure data access, managing the reporting service request backlog, and ensuring the quality and optimization of reporting solutions.

Further duties encompass providing training and support on reporting tools, conducting proactive data analysis to identify errors, and producing data quality reports for global stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with HR and IT to resolve data-related issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and reporting processes.

Prospective candidates should possess 7-9 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst in a multinational setting. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, Story Reporting, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Proficiency in JavaScript, Crystal Reports, and WFS Integrations is required, along with certifications in WFS Integrations, WFS Reporting, and Level 1 & 2 of WFS Time and Configuration.

Demonstrated expertise in integrating HR data from EC/CPI, handling various imports (Time Entry, Bank Balances, Swipe processing), and supporting batch processing for WFS import/export errors is crucial. Experience with Job Scheduling Configuration and at least 3 years in implementing and supporting the WFS Time and Attendance System is also a must. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering.
