As a Salesforce SOX Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining robust SOX compliance within our Salesforce environments. This includes tracking and monitoring system changes and user access to uphold regulatory standards. You'll conduct periodic user access reviews and audits, and validate permissions to ensure data integrity.

Key duties involve collaborating with Sales, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to integrate SOX requirements seamlessly. You will partner with Internal Audit, IT Security, and Compliance teams for quarterly and annual audits, managing evidence collection and remediating any identified gaps. Your role will also support change management, incident management, and access governance processes, ensuring the overall system security and compliance.

We are seeking a candidate with strong Salesforce Administration experience, particularly within enterprise settings, and a deep understanding of SOX controls and IT General Controls (ITGC). Expertise in user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules is essential.

Familiarity with SOQL, reporting, and metrics generation is required, as is experience troubleshooting APIs, connected apps, and third-party integrations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls, is crucial. Knowledge of backup and restoration tools, and release and environment management tools like Git and Copado, is highly valued. You should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams. A Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification is mandatory.
