As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale software. This includes leading the creation of robust pipelines and managing code deployment across various environments. You will translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, offering guidance and mentorship to junior team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead discussions with business analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts on business architecture, preparing technical architecture and design documents. Develop solutions aligned with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes, while creating and enforcing technical design and development guides. Facilitate daily scrum meetings, manage deliverables, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership. Conduct detailed deliverable reviews, providing technical guidance to team members and collaborating with onsite clients and cross-functional teams. Design templates or scripts to automate routine development or operational tasks.

Possess 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration and Integration, coupled with functional and technical systems analysis and design. Demonstrate experience in system architectural design, presentation, process interfaces, process flow design, and system impact analysis. Proven ability in developing applications using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing processes, along with experience in SCRUM Agile development methodologies. Experience in development, testing, and maintenance of programming environments and architectural standards is essential. Must be able to perform work product estimation and exhibit a proactive drive for improvement and innovation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience working on agile development teams (Scrum or Kanban) are required. Experience with Platform Upgrade is also a must. Hands-on experience with GOSU, Web Services, and XML is critical, as is the ability to understand GW Integration/Configuration concepts and to design and develop Guidewire Integration Components or configure PC/BC/CC. Must be proficient in writing GOSU code. Certifications in Guidewire (ACE/Cloud) are highly desirable. Experience with CodeNarc or similar tools, and with the latest Guidewire cloud versions, are considered advantageous.
