Independently manage supplier communications for onboarding, error resolution, and compliance. Monitor alerts and resolve EDI failures promptly. Provide support for production issues and address inquiries from internal teams, suppliers, and EDI vendors, adhering to service level agreements. Participate in user group meetings to resolve outstanding business support issues. Develop and maintain business system support processes and workflows. Collaborate with business, SAP Enterprise, Lucid EDI, and EDI Vendor Support teams to assess the impact of development changes on support processes. Build strong relationships with business users, serving as the primary point of contact for all EDI-related matters. Escalate and manage high-priority issues, driving them to successful resolution. Work closely with the EDI support vendor to resolve operational challenges. Maintain EDI mappings and implement changes based on evolving business requirements. Create and update support procedure documentation with clear, concise communication. Support daily interactions with vendor partners and coordinate testing for new implementations with business and vendor partners.

Possess strong hands-on experience in EDI architecture, mapping, and data integration. Demonstrate proficiency in EDI standards like EDIFACT and industry message types (DELFRC, DELJIT, ORDER, ORDERCHG, DESADV, INVOIC, APERAK). Exhibit experience with SAP IDoc, XML, JSON formats, and communication protocols including AS2, SFTP/FTP, HTTP, and OFTP. Have a solid understanding of end-to-end EDI data flow and VAN providers. Apply practical knowledge of EDI infrastructure and translation mechanisms. Show strong functional expertise in SAP modules: MM, PP, and EWM. Possess robust supply chain domain knowledge, understanding how business processes influence EDI transactions. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is essential. Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain both technical and business documentation. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with external partners. A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required, complemented by 7-9 years of core experience in EDI, EDI Mapping, and EDI Languages, preferably EDIFACT. Minimum of 9 years of experience with industry-standard EDI messages (DELFRC, DELJIT, ORDER, ORDERCHG, DESADV, INVOIC, APERAK) and 9 years of experience utilizing key SAP modules (MM, PP, EWM), including strong functional knowledge in these areas, is expected. Business experience should range from 7-9 years.
