Join our Engineering, AI & Data team as a Lead Workato Developer in Hyderabad. This role focuses on empowering mission-critical solutions through modernization and new technology implementations. We drive financial performance, accelerate digital businesses, and fuel growth through innovation. This position is key to implementing and deploying Workato-based integration solutions, managing the entire project lifecycle from design to post-implementation support. We seek a candidate with strong Workato expertise to lead projects and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Manage the end-to-end Workato integration lifecycle, including design, configuration, and testing. Establish Workato environments and develop integration flows based on business requirements. Conduct field mapping sessions, ensure adherence to integration standards, and prepare technical design documents. Act as a liaison between application teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration delivery. Drive end-to-end testing, test planning, execution, and provide optimization support. Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts on Workato methodologies. Provide post-implementation support for user adoption and system performance, troubleshooting integration issues. Estimate project efforts and effectively communicate with project managers and system SMEs. Participate in practice-building activities like recruiting and training.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field is required. We are looking for candidates with 6–7 years of experience in Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) integrations, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workato experience. Relevant Workato certifications (Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3) are mandatory. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language is essential. Proven experience with complex, scalable, and high-volume integrations, including real-time, batch, and ETL processes, is necessary. Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications, along with proficiency in API management and web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL), is required. A strong understanding of authorization and authentication protocols (WS-Security, OAuth) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is also expected.
