As a Sr Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. You'll work with modern frontend and backend technologies, cloud-native applications on AWS, and implement robust APIs. Your contributions will be crucial in driving operational excellence and adhering to security standards. Design and implement performant APIs and rich UI interfaces for enterprise applications across web and mobile platforms. Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Write production-ready, testable code for backend services, frontend applications, and CI/CD pipelines. Define solution designs balancing architectural best practices with security, scalability, and performance.

Investigate and analyze failures, proposing design improvements to enhance operational excellence. Ensure all development adheres to security and regulatory standards and embed software reliability engineering principles. Collaborate with US-based teams across time zones, perform thorough code reviews, and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation.

Proven experience architecting and building highly maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems. Strong command of modern frontend frameworks like Node.js/Next.js with TypeScript and React (or Angular/Vue), and backend frameworks like Java/Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Proficiency in developing cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, EKS, RDS) and designing scalable, low-latency systems.

Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, and Rancher. Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript design patterns, version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles. Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize effectively, and communicate blockers proactively.
