Serve as a technical authority on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, and SDDC platforms. Lead the deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of VCF components. Manage lifecycle activities to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability. Implement and maintain enterprise virtualization standards, including security, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. Oversee VCF integration with adjacent systems and hybrid cloud services. Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and participate in platform reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale VMware vSphere environments. Proven hands-on expertise with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) lifecycle management and workload domain operations is essential. Deep knowledge of NSX-T, including distributed networking and micro-segmentation, is required. Experience with vSAN deployments, storage policy configurations, and HCI capacity planning is also crucial. A strong understanding of enterprise authentication and directory services, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize system performance, is expected. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary for working effectively with technical teams. Experience in infrastructure automation and a self-driven mindset are highly valued.
