Design and implement robust, well-tested features, upholding stringent standards for code quality and maintainability. Develop complex Apex, LWC, and integration solutions (Event/API) for the Lead-to-Delivery sales cycle. Build integrations with corporate applications and custom microservices using REST & Bulk APIs. Optimize Apex, SOQL, and integrations to handle substantial Sales Cloud data volumes effectively. Develop reusable LWCs for sales analytics, approval workflows, and guided selling processes. Conduct thorough root cause analysis for critical sales system issues and refactor legacy code to enhance reliability and scalability.

Create comprehensive design documentation, including data models and sequence diagrams. Mentor junior developers on Sales Cloud best practices and engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers and architects on roadmap planning and platform enhancements. Support CI/CD pipelines specifically for Sales Cloud deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient release cycles.

Possess hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. Demonstrate practical experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, covering API design, development, and management. Maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform's architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Exhibit a good grasp of DevOps practices and tools like Copado and Jenkins, including CI/CD pipeline optimization.

Experience in constructing scalable data models, security frameworks, and intricate technical solutions for Sales and Sales Operations is essential. Familiarity with middleware products for integration and experience within a Scrum/Agile development environment are required. You should be self-driven, capable of navigating ambiguity, and adept at managing escalations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for translating business needs into technical strategies and managing stakeholder expectations effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred, along with 7-9 years of relevant experience.
