Independently manage supplier communications for onboarding, error resolution, and compliance. Monitor and resolve EDI failures, providing timely support to internal teams, suppliers, and EDI vendors to meet service level agreements.

Attend business user group meetings to address outstanding support issues. Develop and maintain business system support processes and workflows. Collaborate with business, SAP Enterprise, Lucid EDI, and Vendor Support teams to assess the impact of development changes on support processes.

Build strong relationships with business users, serving as the primary point of contact for EDI matters. Escalate and manage high-priority issues to ensure swift resolution. Work closely with EDI support vendors to address operational challenges. Maintain EDI mapping, implementing changes as per business requirements and documenting support procedures effectively.

Coordinate and test implementations with business users and new vendor partners. Demonstrate action-oriented initiative, applying business insight to support issue resolution, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a candidate with robust hands-on experience in EDI architecture, mapping, and data integration. Proficiency in EDIFACT and industry-standard message types (DELFRC, DELJIT, ORDER, ORDERCHG, DESADV, INVOIC, APERAK) is essential.

Experience with SAP IDoc, XML, JSON formats, and communication protocols like AS2, SFTP/FTP, HTTP, and OFTP is required. A solid understanding of end-to-end EDI data flow, VAN providers, and EDI infrastructure, including translation mechanisms, is also necessary.

Functional expertise in SAP modules MM, PP, and EWM, coupled with strong supply chain domain knowledge, is crucial. Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and the ability to develop and maintain technical and business documentation are expected.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, combined with 7-9 years of core EDI experience and extensive experience with key SAP modules and industry-standard EDI messages, is expected.
