This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, well-tested features within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be instrumental in developing complex Apex, LWC, and integration solutions that streamline the Lead to Delivery Sales cycle.

Design and build intricate Apex, LWC, and integration solutions for the Sales cycle. Develop integrations with corporate applications and custom microservices using REST & Bulk APIs. Optimize Apex, SOQL, and integrations to handle large Sales Cloud data volumes. Create reusable LWCs for sales analytics, approval workflows, and guided selling. Conduct root cause analysis for critical sales system issues and refactor legacy code for improved reliability. Produce design documentation, including data models, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications. Mentor fellow developers on Sales Cloud best practices and engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers and architects on platform enhancements and roadmap planning. Support CI/CD pipelines for seamless Sales Cloud deployments.

Possess hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Demonstrate practical experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, including design and management. Exhibit a strong grasp of the Salesforce platform's architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Understand DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins) for optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience in building scalable data and security models, alongside complex technical solutions for Sales and Sales Operations. Familiarity with middleware products for seamless integration is essential. Experience working within Scrum/Agile development frameworks is required. Exhibit self-drive, comfort with ambiguity, and proficiency in handling escalations. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, translating business needs into technical strategies and clearly managing expectations.
