Translate business needs into technical reporting designs for SAP SuccessFactors. Develop, configure, and deploy reports using Story Reporting, applying best practices in data visualization. Manage role-based permissions for secure data access and support data governance standards. Maintain the reporting service request backlog, ensuring timely delivery. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize reporting solutions to meet business objectives. Provide training and knowledge sharing on reporting tools and best practices. Proactively analyze data for errors and inconsistencies, producing quality reports for global stakeholders. Collaborate with HR and IT to resolve data issues and ensure data integrity. Continuously improve data governance, reporting processes, and analytics practices.

A minimum of 7-9 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst is essential, ideally within a multinational context. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, Story Reporting, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. A deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model and relevant modules is expected. Certifications in WFS Integrations, WFS Reporting, and WFS Time and Configuration (Levels 1 & 2) are highly desirable, along with practical experience in WFS integrations (Imports/Exports), Crystal Reports, and Job Scheduling.

Experience with integration support and debugging of batch processing WFS import and export errors is necessary. While not mandatory, app development knowledge is considered an advantage. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role.
