As a Lead Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of our Salesforce platforms. Your expertise will be vital in bridging the gap between business needs, IT security, and compliance teams, ensuring our systems operate securely and efficiently.

Maintain SOX compliance within Salesforce environments by tracking changes and user access. Perform regular user access reviews, audits, and permission validations. Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to implement SOX requirements. Partner with Internal Audit, IT Security, and Compliance teams for quarterly and annual SOX audits. Collect audit evidence and manage the remediation of identified compliance gaps. Support change management, incident management, and access governance processes. Ensure the overall system integrity, security, and compliance of Salesforce environments. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT security, and audit/compliance teams.

Possess strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, particularly in enterprise settings. Demonstrate a deep understanding of SOX controls, IT General Controls (ITGC), and audit procedures. Exhibit expertise in managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Familiarity with SOQL, reporting, dashboards, and metrics generation is essential. Experience troubleshooting APIs, connected apps, and third-party integrations is required. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls. Knowledge of release and environment management tools such as Git and Copado. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired. 6+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, covering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience managing Salesforce for medium to large global enterprises. Experience with at least 1-2 medium to large-scale Salesforce project implementations. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification is mandatory.
