Join our Engineering Foundry & Managed Services team as a Python Developer specializing in Infrastructure & Virtualization. This role is crucial for supporting, automating, and optimizing our data center and virtualization environments. We are seeking a candidate with robust Python programming skills, a deep understanding of server and networking infrastructure, and practical experience with VMware technologies. Bring your expertise to enhance our infrastructure's efficiency and reliability.

Develop and maintain Python scripts for infrastructure automation and monitoring. Support and manage data center hardware, including DL servers and network switches. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). Automate routine infrastructure tasks to boost efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and operations teams to resolve system issues. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure components. Document processes, scripts, and operational procedures.

Strong proficiency in Python programming is essential. A good understanding of infrastructure components like DL servers, network switches, storage, and compute environments is required. Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) is necessary. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing basics) is expected. Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure and virtualization issues is a must. Familiarity with automation, scripting, and system monitoring tools is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, along with 4-5 years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure roles. Proven experience in networking and Python-based automation is critical.
