Join Deloitte as a Lead Senior Associate in DevOps and play a pivotal role in scaling our internal Agentic AI applications. This hybrid role in Bengaluru is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact on cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevSecOps.

This position focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered tools, including Teams Bots, web applications, and embeddable widgets. You'll be instrumental in ensuring these applications are robust, secure, and efficient, contributing directly to Deloitte's innovative service offerings.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines, automating software deployment and infrastructure management, and optimizing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions, leverage Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, and proactively troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.

Collaborate effectively with development, QA, and IT teams to uphold security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices. This role also involves researching and integrating emerging DevOps technologies to continuously enhance our operational capabilities.

We are seeking candidates with 6-9 years of hands-on DevOps experience. Essential technical skills encompass CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Ruby, along with experience in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana), is crucial. Expertise in containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes, as well as a strong understanding of DevSecOps, security, and compliance, are required. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills are a must.
