Deloitte is seeking a seasoned Lead Senior Associate in DevOps to bolster our internal Agentic AI applications. This role is instrumental in scaling and maintaining our Teams Bots, web applications, and embeddable widgets. You will be at the forefront of cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD implementation, containerization, robust monitoring, and adhering to stringent DevSecOps protocols.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite in Bangalore and providing 2 days remote flexibility. As part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, you'll contribute to innovative engineering solutions.

Design, deploy, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment processes. Manage and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies. Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for efficient container orchestration. Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges. Foster strong collaboration with development, QA, and IT teams. Champion security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices throughout the lifecycle. Explore and integrate cutting-edge DevOps technologies.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of dedicated experience in DevOps is essential for this role. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, and CircleCI is required. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation is necessary. Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP is a must. Strong scripting capabilities in Python, Bash, and Ruby are expected. Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus and Grafana is key. Solid understanding and practical experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) are vital. Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps, security principles, and compliance standards. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills are crucial for success.
