Join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team as a Lead Senior Associate in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and automation of our software infrastructure. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency within our DevOps practices.

Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth software deployment and infrastructure automation. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across various applications and environments. Develop and manage robust monitoring systems for high availability and performance. Enhance and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Automate software deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and work collaboratively towards swift resolutions. Proactively research and integrate emerging technologies to optimize software infrastructure.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or a related engineering field is essential. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies is required. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI is necessary. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is a must. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP is crucial. Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or Ruby are expected. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana is required. Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles for enhanced security and compliance. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills are vital for this role.
