Join a leading team as a Lead Senior Associate specializing in Data Engineering. This role is pivotal in shaping our Engineering as a Service/Operate function within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, based in Bengaluru. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust data solutions.

This hybrid position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. We are seeking an experienced professional with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in cloud data platforms and ETL development.

Your core duties will involve architecting and maintaining sophisticated ETL/ELT pipelines, alongside developing scalable data architectures on Azure and Snowflake. You'll integrate diverse data sources, ensuring top-tier data quality and governance. Additionally, you will optimize performance, support analytics and AI/ML initiatives, and implement essential monitoring and automation for seamless operations. Documenting data models and technical processes will also be a key part of your role.

We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineer with 4-6 years of practical experience, demonstrating deep expertise in Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks. Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, data modeling, and end-to-end ETL development is essential. Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and Azure ecosystem services is highly valued. A strong foundation in Data Warehouse concepts and programming is required.
