Guide the intricate design and fine-tuning of prompt architectures, context strategies (such as MCP), and hybrid Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Seamlessly integrate advanced AI services into core enterprise platforms including Azure Foundry, Databricks, and essential business systems.

Lead engineering pods, mentor diverse engineering talent, and ensure technical synergy across product and platform teams.

Drive advancements in performance, latency, and accuracy through rigorous, research-backed optimization.

Establish reusable templates, shared components, and internal GenAI SDKs, while strictly enforcing standards for ethical AI use, context control, prompt security, and hallucination mitigation.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.

Demonstrate deep proficiency in Python 3, with a strong command over libraries and frameworks such as openai, pydantic, transformers, faiss, and langchain.

Possess proven experience in deploying scalable GenAI solutions, adhering to cloud-native design principles.

Exhibit strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services, effective GitHub workflows, and essential CI/CD best practices.

Have practical experience in vector store optimization, precise token-level control, and efficient prompt performance management.
