Take full ownership of the technical design and implementation of GenAI and agentic systems for diverse applications. Architect sophisticated multi-agent workflows utilizing frameworks such as LangChain and A2A protocols. Lead the design and optimization of prompt architectures, context strategies, and hybrid RAG pipelines. Integrate advanced AI services into core enterprise platforms like Azure Foundry and Databricks. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure alignment across product and platform initiatives. Drive performance enhancements and latency reductions through research-driven optimization techniques. Develop reusable components and internal GenAI SDKs, enforcing high standards for ethical AI, prompt security, and hallucination mitigation.

A minimum of 4 years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning is required, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity. Demonstrate deep expertise in Python 3, including proficiency with libraries such as openai, pydantic, transformers, faiss, and langchain. Possess proven experience in deploying scalable GenAI solutions with a cloud-native approach. Exhibit strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD best practices. Experience in vector store optimization, precise token-level control, and effective prompt performance management is essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/BCA/MCA) is required.
