Enhance product debugging capabilities and bolster supportability features within our core products and associated utilities. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in IT domains, including networking, storage, virtualization, microservices, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. Analyze escalation trends to derive actionable insights that drive product enhancements, feature improvements, and proactive issue prevention. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify and address root causes, thereby boosting overall system reliability. Provide essential technical guidance and foster knowledge sharing among Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 support teams, empowering them with enhanced troubleshooting skills. Exhibit flexibility in acquiring proficiency in new technologies, such as learning .NET if your background is in Java or C++.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Tier-4 escalation/support capacity, or at least 3 years of development experience with enterprise-grade software products is required. Demonstrate strong programming expertise, with a preference for .NET, alongside proficiency in Java or C++. Possess excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of resolving intricate technical issues. Show a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes, alongside experience with REST APIs. Familiarity with networking, storage systems, and virtualization technologies is essential.
