As a Lead Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging digital solutions. Your contributions will span across employee tools and customer-facing platforms, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience across all touchpoints. Design intuitive employee tools and engaging customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring consistency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shop floor, operations, product, technology, and leadership. Utilize visual thinking tools like journey maps and service blueprints to clarify complex problems. Translate ideas into concepts, prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback. Contribute to product roadmaps and service strategies with strong design input. Communicate design rationale and outcomes through compelling presentations. Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops to align teams and generate ideas. Shape solutions for both employee workflows and customer experiences. Operate effectively in fast-changing environments, balancing multiple initiatives.

Requires 6+ years of experience in product design, design research, service design, or systems thinking. Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex problems. Strong capability to connect insights across users, systems, and business needs. Proficiency in strategic and tactical thinking for end-to-end experience design. Experience engaging with customers, frontline staff, and stakeholders is essential. Must be proficient with design tools such as Figma for creating and refining experiences. Excellent communication skills to align diverse teams around a shared vision. Experience applying AI tools to enhance human-centered design practices is beneficial. Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, diverse team settings. A Bachelor's in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is desired.
