Architect and develop highly scalable, resilient, and secure backend systems, utilizing microservices, event-driven, or domain-driven design patterns. Lead backend design discussions and make critical architectural decisions to ensure system integrity. Develop and maintain efficient RESTful and GraphQL APIs, alongside backend services. Optimize system performance through advanced caching techniques and intelligent data management. Engage in large-scale data processing and high-throughput system development, focusing on distributed architectures. Collaborate seamlessly with product, architecture, DevOps, and frontend teams for comprehensive end-to-end solution delivery. Champion code quality, enforce best practices, and elevate engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges. Implement and support robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis. Leverage and integrate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Demonstrated expertise in at least one backend technology: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python, or Go. Proficiency in designing and implementing robust RESTful APIs. A deep understanding of design patterns, clean architecture principles, and SOLID concepts. Extensive experience with microservices, event-driven, and distributed systems architecture. Proven ability to design fault-tolerant and highly available systems. Strong knowledge of database technologies, including relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases, with expertise in data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning. Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and understanding of asynchronous processing. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). A solid grasp of performance optimization, load balancing, caching strategies, and system bottleneck analysis.
