Craft and maintain sophisticated backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI. Develop comprehensive automated tests with Pytest to guarantee code quality and reliability. Utilize Postman for building and debugging APIs. Manage and deploy microservices within Kubernetes environments.

Collaborate with product, data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated features. Enhance application performance, scalability, and security. Support CI/CD workflows and actively participate in code reviews. Address and resolve production issues with sustainable solutions. Uphold high engineering standards through documentation, best practices, and automation.

Proven experience with Python, FastAPI, Pytest, Postman, and Kubernetes. Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures. Solid understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization principles. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows is essential. Experience with logging, tracing, and monitoring tools is a plus.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments. Experience with Redis, LaunchDarkly, New Relic, PagerDuty, TestRail, and AWS S3 is beneficial.
