Join our innovative team as a Generative AI Engineer, focusing on integrating cutting-edge AI/ML and GenAI technologies. This role is pivotal in creating intelligent, agentic applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

You will be instrumental in developing intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces, bridging the gap between advanced AI capabilities and seamless user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven applications.

Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using prominent LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, incorporating vector databases such as ChromaDB for local development and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores for production environments.

Build and manage agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI. Perform vectorization using models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option to fine-tune them for enhanced accuracy. Collaborate effectively with backend and app development teams to integrate GenAI functionalities into our product ecosystem.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures is essential. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries including LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face is required.

Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is expected. Experience deploying AI models through APIs or microservices is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines, is preferred.
