We are looking for someone to bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and accessible frontend interfaces, driving the next wave of intelligent applications.

Architect and implement sophisticated Generative AI solutions utilizing leading LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Develop and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating vector databases like ChromaDB for local needs and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores for production. Construct and manage agentic workflows and conversational AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI. Perform precise vectorization with models such as GTE-large and BGE, with opportunities for fine-tuning to enhance accuracy. Collaborate closely with backend and application development teams to embed GenAI functionalities into our core products.

A profound understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and transformer architectures is essential. Demonstrate hands-on experience with RAG architectures, proficiently using vector search and embedding models. Exhibit strong proficiency in Python and its associated libraries, including LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face. Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is expected. Prior experience in deploying AI models through robust APIs or microservices is required.
