Seeking a Senior Associate AI/ML/GenAI Engineer to join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team in Gurugram. This role focuses on integrating advanced AI and Generative AI technologies, particularly within RAG and Hybrid RAG frameworks. You will leverage your expertise in graph databases and agentic frameworks to drive innovation.

This position requires a strong background in Python, including experience with libraries such as Langchain, Langraph, LLM evaluation tools, and Pydantic. Familiarity with TypeScript and Zod is also valuable. The role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions and contribute significantly to client projects.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and GenAI solutions, with a focus on RAG and Hybrid RAG architectures. Develop and integrate agentic frameworks and MCPs. Utilize expertise in Python, including Langchain, Langraph, LLM evaluation, and Pydantic, to build robust applications. Work with graph databases such as Spanner DB on GCP. Drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs) from initiation to completion, independently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Ensure the successful deployment and operation of AI/ML models in production environments. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and GenAI technologies.

Requires approximately 6 years of experience in AI/ML and GenAI integration. Demonstrated ability to independently build, design, and lead POCs/POVs from scratch. Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with Langchain, Langraph, LLM evaluation, and Pydantic. Knowledge of Zod (TypeScript) is beneficial. Experience with graph databases like Spanner DB on GCP or similar is essential. Familiarity with agentic frameworks and MCP is required.

Good-to-have experience includes exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role is for experienced consultants ready to take ownership and drive significant technical contributions.
