You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated AI/ML and Generative AI applications. Key duties include building and optimizing RAG pipelines, developing advanced Agentic AI systems, and integrating LLM-based applications with enterprise systems. You'll also create scalable REST APIs, implement effective prompt engineering, and evaluate AI solutions rigorously. Your role will involve writing clean, testable code, troubleshooting complex issues, and actively participating in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. Continuous learning and contributing to innovation in the AI space are highly encouraged.

A strong foundation in Python programming with 4-6 years of software development experience is essential. You should possess hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), and experience designing RAG applications using vector databases. Proficiency with LLM frameworks like LangChain and building Agentic AI applications is a must. A solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, responsible AI practices, and REST API development (FastAPI/Flask) is required. Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and software engineering best practices, including Git and Agile methodologies, is crucial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
