Seeking an experienced AI/ML/GenAI Integration Engineer to join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team in Chennai. This role is crucial for driving innovation in AI and Generative AI solutions, focusing on advanced techniques and robust implementation.

As a Lead Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. Your expertise will shape the future of our AI offerings and ensure successful client implementations. We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in AI development and deployment.

Spearhead the development and integration of AI and Generative AI solutions, including RAG and Hybrid RAG architectures. Design and implement solutions leveraging graph databases like Spanner DB on GCP. Develop and deploy systems using agentic frameworks and MCP. Lead proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) initiatives from inception to completion, demonstrating independent design and leadership capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven products and services.

Requires approximately 6 years of experience as a consultant in AI/ML/GenAI integration. Proficiency in Python is essential, with hands-on experience in langchain, langgraph, LLM evaluation, and Pydantic. Familiarity with Zod (TypeScript) is also expected. Experience with graph databases, particularly Spanner DB on GCP, is a key requirement. Must possess the ability to independently drive POCs/POVs, including design, build, and leadership.
