Join our dynamic team as an AI/ML/GenAI Integration Lead Senior Associate, focusing on Engineering as a Service. This role offers a significant opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive innovation in AI and Generative AI.

We are seeking experienced consultants with a strong background in AI and Generative AI integration. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced solutions. This position is based in Bengaluru, India.

Lead the integration of AI and Generative AI technologies, including RAG and Hybrid RAG methodologies. Develop and manage solutions using Graph Databases like Spanner DB on GCP. Implement Agentic Frameworks and MCP. Drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs) from inception to completion, demonstrating independent design and leadership capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience is required for this position. Expertise in Python is essential, specifically with libraries such as langchain, langraph, LLM Eval, and Pydantic. Familiarity with Zod (TypeScript) is also necessary. The role demands the ability to independently design, build, and lead complex AI/ML/GenAI integration projects, including POCs and POVs.

Experience with GCP is considered a strong asset.
