This Senior Associate role focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. You will be instrumental in bridging advanced Generative AI capabilities with exceptional user experiences. The position involves leading the development of intelligent, agentic applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. You will develop and optimize RAG pipelines, leveraging vector databases such as ChromaDB for local development and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores. Building and maintaining agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI is also crucial. The role involves performing vectorization with models like GTE-large and BGE, with potential for fine-tuning for enhanced accuracy. Collaboration with backend and app teams to integrate Gen AI functionalities into products is expected.

Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures, alongside hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python and libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face is required. Familiarity with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph, and experience deploying AI models via APIs or microservices are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
