This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive impactful marketing strategies and data-driven insights.

Design and implement advanced marketing automation workflows and customer journeys using Marketing Cloud. Develop and manage data integrations, modeling, and pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud. Customize platform components using AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutions and ensure seamless data flow. Create insightful reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and data trends.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of hands-on technical experience. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) and Data Cloud (CDP), including data integration and modeling. Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SQL, and AMPscript. Experience with Git for source control is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
