This role is crucial for driving the design and development of advanced Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura, coupled with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Lead the technical design and development of robust Salesforce solutions, concentrating on Sales Cloud and CPQ. Develop high-quality, scalable code utilizing LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components, ensuring adherence to best practices. Evaluate business needs, recommending optimal solutions through out-of-the-box features or custom development. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide essential technical guidance to junior developers. Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions. Contribute significantly to solutioning discussions and architectural decisions. Support the establishment and mentorship of a new development team centered around this lead role.

A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive Salesforce development experience is required. Demonstrate strong expertise in Sales Cloud and practical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ. Proficiency in developing with LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura is essential. Possess a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices. Proven experience in mentoring and leading development teams effectively. Exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills.
