As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives and digital transformation goals.

Key duties include: - Championing automation-first and shift-left testing methodologies to ensure early defect identification and enhance product quality. - Establishing robust standards, governance models, and best practices for SDET teams across various programs. - Leading cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-quality automation solutions. - Defining, monitoring, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics, such as automation coverage and defect leakage. - Driving innovation in test automation, exploring advanced techniques like AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering. This role requires a strong command of:

- Core Java, Selenium, and API Automation using REST Assured. - Experience in Automation Framework Creation & Development, along with basic Build, Deployment, and CI/CD knowledge. - Proficiency in Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), and MS SQL.
