As a Lead Product Analyst, you will spearhead the design, delivery, and adoption of data products, dashboards, and insights platforms for business operations. This pivotal role merges product management and data analytics expertise, focusing on translating business needs into actionable requirements for our data engineering and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities include defining and managing the roadmap for data products supporting logistics operations, developing domain-specific data products for LTL pricing, carrier performance, warehouse operations, and shipment tracking. You will champion a "data as a product" mindset, ensuring analytics drive measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and supply chain teams to establish KPIs and metrics frameworks, define reporting requirements, and identify advanced analytics use cases. You will serve as the crucial link between business stakeholders and data/engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions on AWS, including Databricks Lakehouse architecture, S3, Glue, and Redshift/Synapse equivalent patterns. Partner with BI teams to deliver interactive dashboards using Sigma, facilitating self-service analytics and real-time querying on governed data. Ensure seamless integration of SQL Server data sources into the enterprise analytics ecosystem.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with robust experience in Data, Data Operations, and Data Analytics programs. Essential competencies include Business Analysis skills such as Requirement Gathering, Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis, GAP Analysis, and SWOT Analysis. Strong proficiency in SQL and domain knowledge, particularly in supply chain, is highly preferred.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with proven experience in Stakeholder Management and Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM. Familiarity with modern data technologies and platforms is crucial, including AWS, Databricks Lakehouse, Sigma BI, SQL Server, and the DataGalaxy governance platform.
