Your expertise will establish shared observability frameworks, SLOs, and capacity models, guiding architectural decisions and security controls in collaboration with SRE and security teams.

Key responsibilities include setting group-wide platform interoperability standards, owning cross-group programs like identity and API gateway management, and establishing shared observability frameworks. You will lead project initiatives, design software solutions, write foundational code, and improve the software development lifecycle. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will guide new features, conduct architecture and code reviews, and utilize modern technologies for complex debugging and optimization. Strategic initiatives in software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting are essential. You will also lead software system design, provide technical guidance, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, collaborating with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals. Furthermore, you'll lead efforts to understand and resolve customer issues, provide expert technical support, and advocate for customer interests. Ensuring secure development practices, leading system maintenance operations, and driving improvements in automation, testing, and debugging are also core functions.

This role requires a deep understanding of platform initiatives, distributed systems, and architectural design.
