Spearhead Pharma AMS assessments and thoroughly evaluate application portfolios across R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions. Drive comprehensive end-to-end solutioning for AMS opportunities, including leading workshops, discovery sessions, and architecting robust solutions. Take the lead in RFP, RFI, and proposal response activities, encompassing effort estimation, pricing strategies, and development of delivery plans.

Develop strategic recommendations for application rationalization and modernization to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and optimize costs. Create clear transformation roadmaps that align technological investments with overarching business and operational objectives. Define effective AMS operating models, establish governance structures, and set relevant SLAs and KPIs. Conduct detailed application inventory assessments, criticality mapping, transition planning, and risk assessments for managed services engagements, ensuring adherence to GxP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV, Data Integrity, and validation lifecycle requirements. Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and vendor partners to champion transformation initiatives and support business growth by leading strategic pursuits, building innovative AMS solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced professional with 18-25 years in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry, possessing a proven history of delivering large-scale transformation and AMS programs. Demonstrated P&L ownership and significant revenue contribution through effective solutioning, presales, and strategic client engagement is essential.

Deep expertise across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, including R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial domains, is required. Extensive experience in leading AMS assessments, application portfolio analysis, and developing transformation roadmaps is crucial for success in this role.
