Support for 24x7 NOC operations and participation in bridge calls during major incidents are required.

Mandatory technical skills include a strong understanding of optical networking fundamentals (DWDM, ROADM, OTN). Proficiency with NMS/EMS monitoring tools is essential. Experience with incident and change management processes is required, coupled with robust troubleshooting and communication abilities.
