Develop BSP and platform software for custom embedded SoC hardware. Validate software using test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Work with bootloaders (U-Boot) and understand power-on boot sequences for effective debugging. Engage in board bring-up activities, analyzing HW schematics and datasheets. Handle OS/Kernel upgrades, upstreaming, driver porting, and component driver integration. Develop and customize peripheral drivers such as GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, Sensors, and NAND.

Possess strong debugging skills for complex, multi-threaded systems using HW debuggers (JTAG, J-Link). Demonstrate deep understanding of multi-core architectures, NUMA, and memory hierarchies. Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, producing high-quality code. Maintain a solid grasp of operating systems, particularly Linux or any RTOS. Establish trust and credibility with customers, showing commitment to business objectives. Operate independently in complex environments and consider the broader business impact of decisions.
