Join our innovative team as a Generative AI Engineer and play a pivotal role in connecting advanced Generative AI technologies with exceptional user experiences. This position focuses on leading the development of intelligent, agent-driven applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will also be instrumental in crafting intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces for these applications.

Key contributions include designing and implementing Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. You will develop and refine RAG pipelines using vector databases like ChromaDB for local work and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores for production. Building and maintaining agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and OpenAI is also central to this role. Furthermore, you will perform vectorization using models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option to fine-tune them for enhanced accuracy. Collaboration with backend and app teams to integrate Gen AI capabilities into our products is essential.

A deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures is fundamental. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face is required. Familiarity with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is expected. Experience in deploying AI models via APIs or microservices is also a prerequisite. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines, is preferred.
