Join our innovative Engineering as a Service team as a Generative AI Engineer in Bengaluru. This role focuses on integrating advanced Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, to create intelligent agentic applications. You will be instrumental in delivering seamless user experiences through intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces.

Design and implement sophisticated Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA. Develop and fine-tune RAG pipelines, utilizing vector databases such as ChromaDB for local testing and Databricks Mosaic ML Vector Stores. Build and manage agentic workflows and conversational AI agents using leading frameworks, including LangGraph and OpenAI.

Perform vectorization using models like GTE-large and BGE, with the option to fine-tune for enhanced accuracy. Collaborate effectively with backend and application development teams to seamlessly integrate Gen AI capabilities into our product offerings.

A strong foundation in LLMs, prompt engineering, and transformer architectures is essential. Demonstrate hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, and embedding models. Proficiency in Python is required, alongside familiarity with libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face. Experience with agentic frameworks like AutoGen, OpenAI, CrewAI, or LangGraph is also necessary.

Prior experience deploying AI models through APIs or microservices is a key requirement. While not mandatory, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
