We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure). Design and develop robust enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices. Build and optimize scalable, real-time data processing solutions with Apache Kafka. Lead technical discussions, contributing to architecture, design, and technology roadmaps. Develop secure, reusable, high-quality code following industry best practices. Implement and manage cloud-native solutions on GCP and Azure. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Drive application modernization and migration to microservices and cloud platforms. Ensure application reliability through performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for accelerated software delivery. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence. Adhere to security, compliance, and operational standards. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on software design, development, and support experience. Proficiency with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and DevOps practices. Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Proven experience developing microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka. Strong command of Java/J2EE, including Core Java, Multithreading, and design patterns. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
