Spearhead the analysis, design, coding, integration, and maintenance of software components using Java/J2EE, React, and modern technologies. Develop and manage scalable RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange within healthcare systems. Provide technical leadership in system design and integration across multiple client projects. Champion best engineering practices in CI/CD, CT, and automated code reviews. Lead the development of Azure Cloud technologies and identify opportunities for application optimization. Effectively communicate technical strategies with engineering and QA teams, and mentor junior developers. Visualize and validate comprehensive solutions, including design and effort estimations for project modules.

A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BCA) or higher (MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech) with a minimum of 16 years of formal education is required. Possess over 10 years of experience in Java API development and as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Demonstrate 5+ years of experience with React and hands-on experience with SQL queries and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse, VSCode) and experience with MVC, SOA, and highly configurable applications are essential. Proven experience leading DevOps for CI/CD/CT setups and solid full-stack application development expertise are necessary. Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies is expected, alongside knowledge of cloud computing technologies and full-stack development. Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Docker, and container-based development is key. Experience with automated testing tools like Cucumber, Junit, Mockito, and Selenium, along with cloud/distributed architecture design patterns, is required. Strong analytical skills, experience in proof-of-concept development, and the ability to guide teams and report to senior management are crucial.
