Drive end-to-end technical solutions, writing secure and efficient code. Leverage AI-assisted tools for code quality and security. Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of new functionalities. Implement design patterns, best practices, and development frameworks. Lead software engineering phases, including requirements analysis, architecture, and application design. Triage and resolve production support issues post-deployment. Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries. Collaborate with quality assurance teams for continuous improvement, tackling complex and unstructured issues.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, complemented by 7+ years of software engineering experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proven expertise includes 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Redux, Node JS, JavaScript, HTML, and Microservices. Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and delivering software through Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. A strong understanding of web security, web application networking, and communication flows is expected. Demonstrated success in designing and building high-quality, scalable commercial software applications is a key requirement. Familiarity with AI User tools is also beneficial.
