Provide full-stack technical leadership, guiding the design, development, and support of enterprise applications. Define scalable and resilient solution architectures, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps. Lead code and design reviews, enforcing engineering best practices and quality gates. Mentor software engineers, foster continuous learning, and drive innovation. Design and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring robust data integrity and performance. Deploy containerized applications to AWS, supporting CI/CD automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions, ensuring application security and performance optimization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Possess over 10 years of hands-on software development experience. Demonstrate extensive experience building UI Components with Angular, Node JS, React JS, Svelte JS, HTML, and Bootstrap JS. Proficient with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Boot (including MVC, Data JPA, Security), SOAP/REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka. Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle, npm/yarn) and version control (Git) is essential. AI awareness and practical exposure to AI SDLC tools are required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial, along with experience in Agile/Scrum environments. A self-motivated attitude and proven excellent work ethic are key.
