Spearhead the complete lifecycle of enterprise mobile and backend applications, from design to delivery. Architect and develop robust, cross-platform mobile solutions using React Native for both iOS and Android. Design and implement scalable Java Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and backend integrations. Champion technical vision, solution architecture, code integrity, and advanced engineering practices. Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor engineering talent. Integrate AI-DLC and Spec-Driven Development methodologies for efficient software development. Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot to boost productivity and quality. Collaborate seamlessly with Product, UX, DevOps, Security, and Platform teams to achieve business objectives. Drive CI/CD automation, cloud-native adoption, performance optimization, and operational excellence. Ensure production stability, manage incident resolution, support modernization, and foster continuous improvement. Adhere to all company policies and directives regarding work arrangements.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Bring a minimum of 9 years in software engineering, including over 3 years in a technical leadership capacity. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience leading modernization efforts, digital transformations, and AI-driven engineering initiatives. Showcase solid experience developing and deploying applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Highlight practical application of AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot. Exhibit proven success in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Mastery of React Native, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture is essential. Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and AI-DLC development methodologies is required. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills are crucial.
