As a Lead/Principal AI Software Engineer, you will own the end-to-end AI value chain, from framing business challenges and designing algorithms to implementing and deploying scalable solutions. You will partner with clients across various regions and industries on AI-led business transformation, guiding them in designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing thought leadership, contributing to scientific communities and papers, and leading conferences for BCG X. You will apply Gen AI/Agentic AI capabilities to transform businesses and their SDLC, develop solutions for Conversational AI or Agentic process automation, and guide non-technical teams in best practices for Agentic AI platforms. Optimizing for accuracy, latency, and cost in deploying AI solutions will be key.

We seek talented individuals passionate about software development and large-scale Gen AI/Agentic AI programs. A deep experience in software development, including working with global and remote agile squads, is essential. Proficiency in implementing AI platforms such as LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, GCP Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Foundry, and Crew AI is required. You should be skilled in optimizing computational efficiency of algorithms and LLMs, and familiar with data structures for relational, non-relational, and streaming data, as well as parallel computing. Experience with LLMs, and cloud infrastructure from AWS, Azure, or Google is expected. Strong project management skills and the ability to act as an interface between business and tech are crucial. Comfort in a client-facing role, managing engagements, and providing thought leadership is also necessary.
