This role involves close collaboration with Customer Data Owners to refine analytics product strategies, aligning them with enterprise goals and business priorities. You will play a key part in maintaining and improving our data infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products in collaboration with the Customer Data Owner, ensuring alignment with enterprise analytics strategy and business priorities.

Support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments, operating effectively within a 24x7 support model that includes rotating shifts.

Maintain clear, timely, and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by actively working to reduce repeat incidents and alert noise.

Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms, executing reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks as needed to restore service. Conduct thorough data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery and apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads.

Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments.

Experience in performing advanced troubleshooting across data platforms and executing service restoration procedures, including reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks.

Capability to conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery and apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads. Must be able to escalate to L3 only when an engineering change is required, providing complete diagnostic information, impact assessment, and attempted remediation details.

Effective operational skills within a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts, coupled with clear, timely, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
