Define and execute the enterprise Generative AI strategy, aligning with company objectives and innovation goals. Establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for AI solution delivery.

Architect enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service. Develop standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation.

Drive the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling capabilities, and autonomous workflows across business functions. Implement multi-agent architectures and Human-in-the-Loop governance for scalable automation.

Establish governance for model customization, prompt engineering, and AI solution lifecycle management. Define standards for prompt engineering pipelines, vector databases, and AI agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain.

Develop enterprise AI engineering standards covering secure API design, deployment, scalability, and operational resilience. Ensure cloud integration and deployment standards are met for AI-enabled applications.

Lead architecture reviews to ensure AI solutions meet objectives for scalability, reliability, and business value. Guide teams on GenAI architecture, agentic systems, and AI governance best practices. Identify and mitigate AI-related risks and operational challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement in AI maturity and business value.

We are looking for expertise in advanced Generative AI and Agentic Framework Concepts, Cloud Application Integration, Deployment, Agentic AI Systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI Service, AI Agents, and Tool Calling. Proficiency in LangChain is essential.

Key competencies include strong skills in Data & AI, specifically in Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Workflow & Agentic Frameworks, Fine-tuning, Model Customization, AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure OpenAI Service. Experience with Python, Pandas, and NumPy is required.

Demonstrated ability in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment and Advanced GenAI & Agentic Framework Concepts is critical. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also expected for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
