As a Lead Data Scientist, you will define and execute the enterprise Generative AI strategy, aligning it with business objectives and innovation goals. You will establish robust AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing AI architectures using platforms like Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Service, and defining standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation. You will also drive the adoption of AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and multi-agent architectures, ensuring robust governance for model customization, prompt engineering, and lifecycle management. Establishing comprehensive standards for prompt engineering pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, and AI agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain is also crucial. You will ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and deliver tangible business value, while also guiding teams and mitigating AI-related risks.

This role requires deep expertise in Advanced GenAI and Agentic Framework Concepts, along with proficiency in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment. A strong understanding of Agentic AI Systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI Service, AI Agents & Tool Calling, and LangChain is mandatory.

Mandatory competencies include Data & AI knowledge in Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Workflow & Agentic Frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph), Fine-tuning & Model Customization, AI Agents & Tool Calling, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI Service, Pandas, NumPy, Cloud Application Integration & Deployment, and Python. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
