Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise data ingestion capabilities using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake. Oversee the migration from legacy ETL frameworks to scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Manage and mentor an offshore data engineering team, focusing on work prioritization, sprint planning, code quality, and delivery execution. Act as the primary client-facing technical lead, translating business needs into robust ingestion architectures and roadmaps.

Define and implement reusable, metadata-driven ingestion frameworks to enhance source onboarding and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish comprehensive data standards, including orchestration patterns, data quality controls, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and governance.

Proven experience in leading data engineering projects, with a strong command of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake. Expertise in SQL, Python, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure DevOps is essential.

Familiarity with CI/CD principles, ETL/ELT design, and Change Data Capture (CDC) is required. Experience with API-based integrations, metadata-driven frameworks, data modeling, and monitoring/observability is also crucial.

Demonstrated ability to migrate legacy data integration platforms to modern cloud architectures. Experience managing and mentoring offshore teams is a significant advantage for this role.
